THE CHALLENGE

Designing a digital system/tool that allows us to work remotely & collaboratively on curating the archive of materials to the specific scale, configuration, and context of each venue.

THE SOLUTION

Design of a digital tool (app/website), co-created with research subjects and digital humanists.

BACKGROUND

History Moves is a research collaborative that brings together historians, designers, and community-based organizations to produce public history forged in participatory engagement.

​

It documents oral archives of women with HIV history in the form of a moving exhibition.
